Health & Wellness
A healthy Tagrain employee means a healthy company and to support this the organisation has hired an inhouse Yoga/wellness instructor. Employees can access this benefit by connecting with our HR Manager at [email protected]. HR will arrange for a one-on-one session with the trainer, you will also receive customised diet plans and workout routines. In addition to this the company organises annual wellness initiatives including health challenges which often result in winning prizes.
Doctor on Call - The organisation has empaneled a general physician and your consultation is on us. You may connect with the HR team to schedule an appointment.
Fitness Program - The company will organise a Fitness Program to promote a healthy lifestyle for its employees once every year.
Recreation
Team Outing – The company encourages its employees to organise and participate in team bonding activities and events to boost teamwork and support collaborative efforts with their colleagues. The company covers the cost of short team vacations, lunches, and dinners to the extent of INR 5000 annually per person which can be claimed in full or part by uploading bills on Zoho. The budget can be used within the same team or clubbed with other departments.
Family Outing - As an employee-centric company, we believe in promoting work-life balance and hence encourage our employees to spend quality time with their families. For this purpose, company shall reimburse INR 5000 annually which can be claimed in full or part by uploading bills on Zoho.
Movie Meet – The company would occasionally invite its staff in Delhi / NCR to a movie. All booking-related expenses will be covered by the company. Outstation employees will receive an email inviting them to register for a movie. They will receive a voucher to book the movie ticket locally after registering.
Skill Development and Grooming
Skill Development - Take your career to the next level and enhance your skills by taking advantage of external educational training courses. The company will reimburse the course fee to the extent of INR 20,000 once every year. The employee needs to take prior approval from his/her manager before enrolling for the course. The course fee will be reimbursed upon submission of the fee bill along with the completion certificate to the HR department.
Referral Benefits
Tagrain is always looking for great new employees, and you can help. Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that new hires who come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors and stay with The Company longer.
That’s where you come in – if you know someone who would be a good addition to Tagrain, you may be awarded a referral bonus of INR 10,000. The same shall be payable to the referring employee only upon confirmation of the recommended employee. The referred employee should not be a family member or an ex-Tagrain employee.

Guidelines for the above
All Tagrain employees, except those at Vice President level and above, Human Resources personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates, are eligible for the referral bonus.
- To be eligible for the reward, the employee must submit the candidate's resume to the Human Resources department.
- The referring employee must agree to have his or her name used when The Company contacts the candidate
- The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for the reward
- Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications will be considered for the position.
- All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent to company policies.
- All information regarding the financial decisions shall remain strictly confidential.
The referral bonus shall be paid once the candidate gets confirmed after probation.
International Relocation
